Ilise Ratner coaches and consults her clients on how to thrive, have more energy and ultimately, live a healthy life! Her clients consist of private individuals, businesses and organizations. Ilise is certified through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, NYC and is an Associate Credential Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Additionally, she received her M.A. in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University, Cambridge, MA.
Ilise held several corporate positions working many long hours with a diet and lifestyle to match. Towards the end of her last large project, the relocation of 4,000 employees for the Bank of America, in early 2009, Ilise was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Since this time, she has taken control of her diet and lifestyle and is thriving! She really knows how to turn lemons into lemonade and she can help you do the same. Beginning with an intensive health consultation, Ilise focuses on food intolerances and lifestyle habits that may be fatiguing you. She helps you navigate while at home, in your kitchen, with your loved ones and in social situations in everyday life. Ilise specializes in healthy gluten-free living and understands firsthand what her clients are going through.
In addition to her health coaching practice, Ilise trains employees and restaurants with kitchens of any size to safely serve gluten-free food to their patrons. Cross-contact of any proportion can seriously affect a person’s health with Celiac Disease or gluten intolerance/sensitivity. As restaurants strive to keep revenue growing, with more and more people living with dietary intolerances, Ilise caters to this growing population.
Ilise Ratner has lived in NYC for 10+ years, loves to cook, travel, stay physically fit and maintains an active lifestyle while adhering to a 100% gluten free diet. Ilise speaks Spanish and works with International and local clients alike in person, via phone or video conferencing.
